Our basic package is One and One-Half Pounds, by the unsliced piece for best flavor and keeping quality, in 1, 2 or 3 separate packages as you desire, for $59 delivered.  Additional half-orders, same shipment to same address, are $16 each, up to capacity of the shipping container.  And of course, you can receive several different smoked salmon varieties in your order.

Our regular shipping is Mon, Tue, Wed, 2nd Day Air UPS.  We also ship Next Day Ground UPS location permitting, and Next Day Air UPS weather demanding (additional charge). 

We have ready to ship each week several varieties of our smoked salmon specialties; for best selection and for customized cures and packing, we can best meet your request if we have your order one week prior to desired delivery date. 

We also fill larger orders for special events or family occasions, from NYC to Napa, from Washington State to Florida.  Custom cures, hand-slicing and packing available, with sufficient notice.
